Return Process

Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories and manuals provided at the time of purchase.

Reach out to our Ninja Customer Excellence team via our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your appliance with the RMA clearly marked on the exterior and drop it off at any authorized Australian Post location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
